As a Principal and Employee Benefits Advisor at The William Morris Group, Steven Lee, REBC, advises employers on developing employee benefit strategies that strengthen their organizations while supporting the health and financial well-being of their employees.

With nearly 20 years of experience in employee benefits and insurance, Steven partners with employers to design and manage comprehensive benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, compliance, and funding strategies. Before joining The William Morris Group in 2021, he spent more than a decade with leading national insurance carriers, providing him with valuable insight into underwriting, plan design, product development, and carrier operations.

Steven is committed to helping employers navigate today’s complex benefits landscape by delivering practical guidance, responsive service, and customized solutions that support both organizational goals and employee well-being.

Steven earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee and holds the Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation.

Steven and his wife, Kandice, live in Madison, Mississippi, with their two children, Adeline and Porter. They are active members of Madison Methodist Church, and much of Steven’s time outside the office is spent cheering on his children from the sidelines of their sporting events.
